Kuro

Kuro is an oden bar in Mangwon, Seoul, that serves Japanese shochu, sake, and whisky by the glass. It also offers snacks such as oi muchim alongside highballs, and a sake sampler comes with the owner's explanation. The interior is styled to feel like Japan, and a whisky of the month is posted separately. The snacks are very small in portion.
