Ramen Hood

Ramen Hood is a ramen shop inside the food hall at Grand Central Market in Los Angeles that serves 100% vegan ramen. Its broth combines kelp and dried mushrooms with sunflower seeds and white miso, and it is used for the garlic ramen and the spicy ramen. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the bowls come with vegan egg and broccoli. A cold sesame noodle dish is also on the menu.
