Wilshire Grand Center is a business center in Downtown Los Angeles with observation facilities and dining spaces. Visitors can eat at a restaurant on the 69th floor and drink at Spire 73, a rooftop bar on the 73rd floor. The lobby and reception are on the 70th floor, overlooking the Los Angeles skyline and night views. Using the elevators can be inconvenient and confusing.
