Its cocktail list runs over 20 pages, and high tea includes Damman Frères tea with a three-tier tower of sandwiches and cakes. High tea requires a reservation at least 24 hours in advance, and the speakeasy bar opens at 7 p.m. with walk-ins allowed. Waiting times for tea and food are long.
