This indoor parking garage is in Little Tokyo at 319 E 2nd St in Los Angeles. Even with a SpotHero reservation, the entrance code may not work and entering or exiting can take about 45 minutes. Only one elevator runs and it moves slowly, while the stairwell smells of urine. Cars have repeatedly had their windows broken and belongings stolen while parked here.
