A mural of Shohei Ohtani in a Dodgers uniform is painted on the east wall of the Miyako Hotel in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. It shows him both batting and pitching, and scanning the QR code at the hotel front desk opens an AR view of the batting and pitching scenes. Photographing from the road across the street makes it easier to capture the whole mural, and visitors take commemorative photos there. Scanning the QR code sometimes fails to launch the app, so the AR view cannot be seen.
