Public Art "Aquarius" is a colorful sculpture installed among the buildings of Downtown Los Angeles. It can be seen from the street without a ticket or a line. The area is calm at 9 a.m., and you can walk between the buildings and take photos. It is easy to pass by if you do not look up.
