Yanagi Koji TAKA

Kyoto Yanagi Koji Taka is a standing yakitori shop in Nakagyo Ward that serves chicken skewers and drinks. It offers large portions of chicken wing and liver skewers, sasami wasabi, and grilled eggplant, along with a tasting of seven kinds of sake. The space is split between standing room and chair seating, and on weekdays around 5 p.m. you can walk right in. Food sometimes arrives nearly an hour late.
