Takahashi is a soba restaurant in Kyoto where diners choose among soba from Nagano, Fukui, or Kyoto. At lunch, soba is available on its own or as a lunch set, and the noodles are dipped in salt before the meal finishes with warm sobayu. Guests take off their shoes at the entrance, and the interior is small, with five tables and three counter seats. At dinner only course meals are offered, which limits the choice of dishes.
