Sumiyaki Sousai Toriya Hitomi

Hitomi is a small skewer shop in Kyoto that serves charcoal-grilled yakitori. The owner grills Hyogo heritage chicken thigh, skin, neck, and meatballs at the counter in front of you. Reservations are close to required, and the counter seating is run by the owner alone. Cards are not accepted.
