Sobanomi Yoshimura is a soba restaurant near Gojo Station in Kyoto that serves buckwheat noodles and tempura. The buckwheat is ground on a stone mill and kneaded into dough, then served as nishin soba, zaru soba, and cold soba. At lunch or dinner there can be a wait of around 10 minutes, and the noodle-making can be seen on the first floor. The English menu has fewer items than the Japanese menu.
