Sarashina Kishimen

Sarashina Kishimen is an udon shop in Kyoto's Shinkyogoku Shopping Street. Its signature dish is hot kishimen topped with sweetly simmered fried tofu and bonito flakes. The restaurant has a Showa-retro interior with a few tables. The seasoning is on the strong side.
