Mitoho Kyoto Bettei is a Japanese course restaurant in a Gion alley, a five-minute walk from Gion-Shijo Station and about ten minutes from Kawaramachi Station in Kyoto. The course runs from a first broth of katsuobushi and kombu through wagyu rosu yukhoe, Omi beef steak, and meat sushi. It is fully reservation-only, seating 12 at the counter, with seatings at 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., and in the evening. When booking, guests choose either the fish course or the meat course.
