Men-ya Takakura Nijo

Menya Takakurani Jo Ramen is a ramen shop in Kyoto that serves ramen and tsukemen. Its broth carries a strong anchovy and katsuobushi aroma, and it comes with gopchang (grilled intestines) tsukemen and yuzu noodles. The shop has only six seats, so arriving at opening time or waiting a long while is part of the visit. The soup is on the salty side for Korean palates.
