Kyoto Shijo Kuon is a Japanese restaurant in Kyoto that serves kima curry udon. The dark noodles mix domestic wheat with roasted germ, similar to buckwheat, and come with Japanese-style broth and spices, with a choice of katsuobushi broth or soy milk broth. At the entrance, a QR code shows the menu in Korean, and at lunch opening you take a waiting ticket from the kiosk inside. The spices are strong and the curry can taste salty.
