Gion Fujitora is a cafe in Kyoto that serves a seiro mushi set of steamed pork and vegetables. The set comes with salmon rice, side dishes, sauce, soup, and pudding. Reservations are made through a booking site linked from Google Maps, and dietary restrictions can be noted when booking. Guests take off their shoes in the inner room, and there have been cases where parties were seated 50 minutes after their reservation time.
