Cafe Ranzan

Cafe Ranzan is a retro cafe directly in front of Hankyu Arashiyama Station in Kyoto, serving Neapolitan-style pasta, omurice, and beef curry. Anmitsu comes with brown sugar syrup to mix in, and in the morning three morning sets and warm scones are available. It is a large cafe that local residents frequent, and food usually takes about ten minutes after ordering. There is a smoking section indoors, so the smell of cigarettes is present.
