Tsukigase in Takashimaya

Tsukigase Dessert is a cafe on the fifth floor of Takashimaya near Kawaramachi Station in Kyoto, serving Japanese-style desserts such as anmitsu, bingsu, and zenzai. Anmitsu, the signature item, consists of soft agar and red bean paste topped with kuromitsu. Warm tea is refilled for free. The seating area is small, so bringing large luggage or a winter coat is inconvenient.
