Mash Kyoto

Mash Kyoto is a small bakery on the route from Kyoto Station up to Kawaramachi. It sells breads inspired by Chinese dumplings, including curry bread, green onion bread, and matcha soboro melon bread. The shop opens at 8 a.m., croissants come out around 8:45 a.m., and going in the morning makes it easier to choose among the varieties. By the afternoon, almost no bread is left.
