Caffè Louie Louie

Caffè Louie Louie is a small smoking cafe in Kyoto that serves coffee and house-made pudding. The menu also includes cappuccino and amaretto orange pound cake. The space is small with narrow seating, but it opens up to a second floor where you can look down over the streets of Kyoto. All seats are smoking, so the smell of cigarettes is strong and non-smokers are better off avoiding it.
