Kyoto Shijo Bar SHINSEI

Kyoto Shijo Bar SHINSEI is an izakaya in the Shijo area of Kyoto serving sake from Fushimi brewery Yamamoto Honke and seafood dishes. Its signature items are a five-kind assorted hoe made with seafood shipped directly from Kochi Prefecture and Tanba black chicken yaki-shabu. The bar is run by Yamamoto Honke, which was founded in 1677, and a basic set of snacks comes with one glass of sake. Drinks can take more than 15 to 20 minutes to arrive after ordering.
