Zuikou Kyoto-Kiyomizu Studio

Zuikou Kyoto-Kiyomizu Studio is a pottery workshop on Sannenzaka in Kyoto, near Kiyomizudera. Participants use an electric wheel to make a cup or teacup, choose a color, and have the finished piece shipped home. The session runs about 25 to 30 minutes depending on the course, and staff photograph the work in progress. Hands-on shaping time is short, with staff handling most of the forming.
