Ryuko

Ryuko is a ramen shop on the outskirts of Kumamoto that has been open for over 50 years. It serves Kumamoto ramen with a rich broth, Japanese-style jjamppong, and handmade gyoza with juicy filling. Four parking spaces sit across from the shop, and an elderly couple has run the place. Seating is limited, so it gets busy starting around 11:30 in the morning.
