Ramen Yamamura

Ramen Yamamura serves ramen and horse-meat ramen inside Sakuranobaba Josaien, next to Kumamoto Castle. Kumamoto ramen contains kikurage mushrooms, while Ramen Black features a tonkotsu broth scented with black garlic oil and springy thin noodles. The interior has table seating and a large round table in the center, and appears to have a fair number of seats. The ramen broth is on the salty side.
