Kumamoto Ramen Kokutei is on the first floor of Yume Town Hikarinomori in Kikuyo, Kikuchi District. It serves Kumamoto ramen with a tonkotsu broth topped with mayu, chashu and green onion, using thick straight noodles. A set adds mini fried rice and tonkotsu gyoza to the ramen. The gyoza are chewy rather than crisply grilled.
