Kei Daishogun is a ramen shop in Kumamoto that serves chashu tonkotsu ramen. The milky tonkotsu broth is finished with mayu, and the chashu ramen comes with soft pork belly chashu, wood ear mushrooms, seaweed, green onion, and a soft-boiled egg. It opened around 1978 and later moved; customers buy a meal ticket, then choose one of two noodle types, and there is seating on the second floor as well. The ramen broth is on the salty side.
