Katsuretsutei Amu Plaza Kumamoto is a tonkatsu restaurant on the seventh floor of Amu Plaza. The rosu katsu is lean, chewy, and tender, while the hire katsu is tender. On a Saturday at 11 a.m., entry was possible without waiting, and the sesame is ground in a mortar and mixed into the sauce. The ordering machine does not allow changing the language.
