Aji Sen Ramen Main Store sits next to the Monkey D. Luffy statue in Kumamoto and serves black garlic ramen and gyoza. The Kumamoto-style black garlic ramen comes with a rich tonkotsu broth and springy noodles, and a set can include fried rice and gyoza. Orders are placed on a Japanese-only tablet, and a separate English menu is available. After choosing a ramen, you can add extra items to make it a set.
