The Gundam Base Tokyo

Gundam Base Tokyo is a toy store in Odaiba that sells Gunpla and Gundam Base limited-edition products. It displays a range of Gunpla kits and build examples, along with many limited items. Entry requires a prior lottery or reservation, so even after going up to the 7th floor you cannot enter without a ticket. Even when the store is quiet, you have to turn back without a reservation.
