Steak House Medium Rare is on the 17th floor of the Oriental Hotel in Kobe's former foreign settlement, serving teppanyaki steak. A chef grills black-haired wagyu and vegetables on the iron griddle in front of you, and some seats face the port and the Kobe night view. The course includes caviar, crab, salmon roe, sea urchin, and scallops, followed by sukiyaki and melon for dessert, and on weekdays lunch also offers foie gras hamburg. Few seats look out the window, so reserve in advance if you want the port or night view.
