This katsuo seafood rice bowl restaurant is on the basement first floor of Sannomiya Center Plaza in Kobe. You choose the katsuo as tataki, hoe, zuke, rare katsu, or fried, then combine it with vegetables such as onion, radish, yam, and seaweed and pick a rice amount to order a rice bowl. After ordering and paying first, you serve yourself the warm katsuo broth to drink and pour over the bowl to eat as ochazuke. Even on weekdays a line of 10 to 20 people forms, and the wait runs 15 to 30 minutes.
