Kobe Steak Restaurant Mouriya Lin

Mouriya Lin is a small restaurant in the Sannomiya area of Kobe that serves A5 Kobe beef steak cooked on a teppan grill. Diners choose between rump, sirloin, ribeye, and fillet, and the chef grills two or three pieces at a time in front of them and cooks vegetables alongside. It is on the second floor, so you have to look for the small sign on the building wall at street level. Without a reservation you may be turned away when the seats are full, so you need to secure a table in advance.
