Kaisenryori Unishabushabu Kudoh

Kaisenryori Unishabushabu Kudoh is a Japanese restaurant in Kobe, about a five-minute walk from Motomachi Station. It serves sea urchin shabu-shabu and Kuroge Wagyu hitsumabushi, and the sea urchin shabu-shabu comes with seafood dipped in a rich sea urchin broth and finished with risotto. The restaurant has counter seats, table seats, and private rooms, and guests take off their shoes at the entrance and change into slippers. Course dishes are served one plate at a time in small portions.
