Chunagon Kobesannomiya Honten

Chunagon Kobesannomiya Honten is a specialty restaurant serving Ise ebi dishes as courses and set meals, located in the Kobe Kotsu Center Building directly connected to Sannomiya Station. One course includes live-fish hoe, chunagon-yaki, odorigui, and fried dishes. For odorigui, Japanese sake is poured in front of the customer and the shell turns red, and private rooms offer views of central Kobe. The Ise ebi fry set meal comes with dessert and coffee.
