Kobe Port Tower is an observation tower in Kobe overlooking Meriken Park and Harborland. From dusk until dark, it offers a 360-degree view of the sea and the city lights. Visitors go up around 5:40 PM and come down around 7:10 PM, taking in the daytime view and the night view in sequence, and the rooftop deck requires a timed reservation. The observation area is small, and photographs do not come out well because of the glass.
