WAGYU KAISEKI WABI

Wagyu Kaiseki Wabi is a Kuroge Wagyu kaiseki restaurant on the third floor of the South Building of Grand Green Osaka in Umeda, Osaka. Lunch offers sukiyaki gozen and a meat rice bowl gozen, while dinner serves a course of several cuts of beef with seasonal seafood and vegetables. The concept changes with each season, using Japanese seasonal ingredients served in traditional Japanese vessels. The chef prepares matcha by hand and serves it with wagashi after the meal.
