Udon Shinobuan Umeda

Udon Shinobuan Umeda is an udon and soba shop in the Umeda area of Osaka, directly accessible from the underground shopping arcade at Umeda Station. The cold udon is dipped in a dark soy-based sauce and the noodles are chewy. The shop opens at 11 a.m., and customers order at a kiosk, pay at the register, then carry their own food to a table. There is no Korean menu, so the first order can be confusing.
