The Ramen War - Umeda

Ramen Daisenso Umeda is a ramen shop near the Umeda Hep Five Ferris Wheel in Osaka, serving ramen in chicken broth and in fish and shellfish broth. Pistol is a rich, clean chicken broth, while Jiyu is a soy sauce broth held together by sardine aroma, and chashu can be ordered up to five slices. Orders can be placed using a Korean menu, and half a portion of noodles is added free of charge. During peak hours the wait runs about 10 to 30 minutes.
