THE PLATINUM is a buffet on the 10th floor of Lucua in Umeda, Osaka, serving salad, pizza, pasta and dessert in one place. It has a self-serve corner with tom yum soup that you blanch yourself for 20 seconds, crepes made by cooking batter and adding toppings in front of you, and soft ice cream. Lunch tickets are handed out from 10:30 AM and guests are seated from 11 AM in order of arrival. More than 100 teams come for Christmas lunch, and on Saturdays the wait is around 40 minutes.
