Sushi Sōgorō is a sushi restaurant in Osaka, close to a subway station. The course begins with vegetables, fish dishes, and chawanmushi, then moves to squid hoe sushi and anago sushi finished with salt. At a counter seating about eight, a Japanese head chef and a Korean sous-chef explain the dishes and ingredients in Korean. Only a small number of diners are served in fixed time slots, so reservations on Tabelog or Tablecheck are effectively required.
