Sushi Misuji

Sushi Misuji is on the second floor of Festival Tower West in Nakanoshima, Osaka, and serves Edomae sushi. The shari uses only red vinegar, and the rice is Koshihikari from Uonuma, ordered as omakase or a la carte. Counter seats look onto the chef's preparation, and the restaurant is easy to use alone. Japanese sake is available.
