Sushi Akazu is a sushi restaurant in Umeda, Osaka that serves omakase. Its shari is mixed with fermented red vinegar and topped with aged fish and Hokkaido uni. Booking through Tabelog means going to the basement floor, not the first-floor shop of the same name, where a Korean staff member speaks Korean.
