Sumiro Man Links Umeda is a charcoal-grill wagyu izakaya in the restaurant floor of the Umeda building in Osaka. It serves beef such as anchangsal, galbi and beef tongue along with yakitori and sushi, grilled over Japanese high-grade charcoal for a strong charcoal aroma. Orders are placed by QR code, and daytime drinking is available from lunch onward. Chicken skewers can take more than 30 minutes after ordering.
