SUKIYAKI SHABUSHABU TSUKADA

Tsukada Kitte Osaka is a sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant on the 5th floor of KITTE Osaka in Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka. Each diner cooks in an individual pot, and the signature dish is sukiyaki made with Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu and Kansai-style zarame sugar. Orders are placed by QR code, and instructions for eating are provided on a Korean-language sheet at the table. On weekdays before 11:30 a.m., parties wait about 10 minutes before being seated, and the dining room is noisy.
