Shiruhisa Honten

Shiruhisa Honten is a kushikatsu restaurant in a back alley of the Ochtenjin shopping street in Osaka. It serves seasonal and original ingredients as 10-piece and 15-piece courses or as omakase. At the small main branch, which has a counter of about 8 to 12 seats, the omakase keeps bringing skewers until the customer says to stop. Reservations are required because seating is limited.
