Mens room Kotora Osaka Ekimae Building is a noodle shop in the basement of a building in front of Osaka Station, serving ramen, fried rice and gyoza. The spicy ramen lets you adjust the amount of oil, comes with chive kimchi, and is topped with thick chashu. At lunchtime seven or eight people lined up, and staff respond in English to customers who are not fluent in Japanese. Fried rice and gyoza can be ordered as well.
