Okonomiyaki Tomoe

Okonomiyaki Tomoe is a small okonomiyaki restaurant in the basement of Kitashinchi in Osaka, where local customers go after work. It serves mixed okonomiyaki, modanyaki, pork and bean sprout stir-fry, pork tama, and negi mix. Even around 6 PM on weekdays it is full, and there are cases of entering through same-day phone reservations. The counter has only four seats, so without a reservation it is hard to get a seat when the place is full.
