Hakata Motsunabe Oyama Osaka Station is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant in Lucua Osaka in Umeda. The motsunabe comes with a miso base, daechang (beef large intestine) and vegetables, and can be finished with champon noodles or rice. Lunch runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and staff add broth when the soup level drops. The broth gets saltier the longer it boils and can taste heavy to Korean palates.
