Kushikatsu Katsu is a skewer restaurant on the 28th floor of the Hankyu Grand Building in Umeda, Osaka. Ordering the omakase course brings skewers in sequence, with ingredients such as asparagus, kuruma prawn, and matsutake mushroom.
