Kushikatsu KATSU is a skewer restaurant in Whity Umeda, the underground shopping arcade in Umeda, Osaka. Ordering omakase brings skewers fried one at a time at the pace you eat until you stop, with five sauces and salt for dividing the flavors. The position of each skewer on the five slots of the stand in front of the counter corresponds to its recommended sauce. In the evening, only course meals can be ordered.
